c. If the client requires additional work beyond the package, extra payment will be required.
d. Changes to the work can be made before submitting the final work. However, if changes are requested after work submission, extra payment will be charged.
e. If the client changes their requirements after the work is completed and those requirements are not covered in the selected package, additional payment will be required. This is because we provide packages based on client requirements before starting the work.
f. For website and graphics work, the final work will be live or emailed only after the full payment is cleared.
a. If the website demo link or graphics draft is completed but the client cancels the project or is not interested, the advance amount paid will not be refunded. This is because we put efforts, time, and resources into the project, including purchasing themes, tools, domain, hosting, and SSL certificates.
b. In case of client misbehavior or abuse towards our team, work will be held and no refund will be provided.
